Workshop: Heels Foundations with Marie Peschardt

Join the party and spend a perfect Saturday afternoon in your favorite shoes! On the 9th of May the danish pole legend Marie Peschardt will host the workshop ”Heels Foundations”. During this workshop we will go over the foundational moves in depth, such as body rolls, head rolls, legs ways and of course your attitude. We will then dance routine with room for more advanced tricks and freestyle if it feels right. The workshop can be danced with or without shoes, but with socks. The class will be taught in english.

Marie is know for her showgirl energy and for bringing all the sexy, flexy moves! She has been pole dancing since 2012 and has been teaching pole for over a decade. Marie has competed and performed all over the world, hosted and judged competitions internationally and worked in clubs.

Recommended prerequisites: Participants should have attended at least one pole/heels course at The CaliFactory or another studio.
